Äkki oskab kasutaja RK midagi rohkem lisada Kriisa plaanidest
?

Basketball club Valka / Valga, which will start in both Latvian and Estonian competitions, was struck by a scandal in which disagreements arisen between Latvians and Estonians.
As the Estonian portal Delfi.ee announced by Margot Lepik, the president of the Valga Club, in the summer, a Latvian-led general manager, Janis Tiltiņš, has used the money he does not intend to give up. Tiltiņš told the portal "Delfi" that he had taken only the money he received, which the club did not pay for several months.
Lepik woke up that the Valga Club had left a short time before the start of the season without funds, which, until the new financial resources of the organization's account, caused great problems. According to Lepik, Tiltins has taken several thousands of bank cards belonging to Valka / Valga. The amount was bigger than the club owed to Tiltin. "When we got some money, he immediately took it out and the amount was bigger than he got," says Lepik.
Meanwhile, Tiltiņš did not hide the fact that he took out 3,200 euros, of which 2,400 euro was his unpaid salary. The remaining 800 euros consist of various personal funds spent on the needs of the club, including the purchase of fuel, which has been sent to Valka / Valga by the corresponding checks.
Tiltins said that an agreement with "Valka / Valga" was concluded in May. As the club would have a financially disadvantageous conclusion with the individual, the contract was signed with a legal association. Tiltiņš has invoiced on behalf of this organization the bills Valka / Valga had to pay, but this was not done.
Valka / Valga, with Tiltin's attraction, wanted to raise the team to a new level, later confirmed by Vents Armands Krauklis, Chairman of Valka City Council. However, "under the leadership of the organization, the same bard was continued as before, not only in terms of attitude, but also in organizational terms," says Tiltins.
"Maybe Estonians thought that I would come, I would do some sort of coup (in good terms) and lift up the clubs' heights. But as a Latvian, it was hard for me to understand the Estonians, especially their youth system. All that happens to them," explains Tiltiņš. "During the whole time, I did not come from the Valka / Valga account with the agreement with the organization. Regularly, I submitted invoices to my account. Some part of the money was paid to me by Vents Armands Krauklis, but I did not get anything from Estonians."
Tiltinis points out that, in parallel with the unpaid salary, he has accumulated various economic expenses he paid from his pocket - fuel consumption, telephone bill, etc. Since the club has not responded to several alert emails, on September 4 Tiltin went to the ATM and took out 3200 euros from the club card that was given to him for use. "I took what I owe, left them a card and said" To see you! "."
The Estonian side believes that Tiltini is entitled to 2,400 euros, so they have asked him to give up money and agree on payment deadlines. The bridge did not agree to it. "The club currently owes players, the Latvian Basketball Association and the others a total of € 10,000. The" 50,000 euro "rake" was included in the budget, so I also told them that there is no guarantee that I will receive money during the season, "Tiltins says.
Lepiks is sure that the police have not turned against Tiltin until now, because they want to solve everything in a peaceful way. The bridge, however, has the opposite view, because the club does not want more problems that could arise if the police are involved. According to Tiltin, Valka / Valga already has problems with the Estonian Revenue Service, which did not seize the account just because there was an agreement on a repayment schedule. "If they" lift up "that they do not pay taxes on players and employees ... I think they are trying to get me to keep me from doing the next career. If I have to hear (and what's happening right now) that I have stolen money , then I will turn to the police for defamation, "Tiltins said, noting that in the club's legal organization Lepik, as President, and Krauklis, did not set up at all.
Tiltiņš, having left the club, did not burn all the "bridges". He gave the club his work, contracts and informed about the developments in the development of the club. Now Tiltinš is working as a trainer's assistant at the LUA team and will continue to work in basketball, which is all day long.
